Email Updates

Please see below reminders of key information that was circulated to all staff via email:

RM Unify, Microsoft 365 and Staff Laptops

Cloud Migration has now commenced for all sites. As such, access to Microsoft 365 has now been suspended. If you are still logged into your old Microsoft 365 account, please log out of this as soon as possible to avoid any issues with migration. This, in turn, means that users cannot access any services that depend on Microsoft 365 including, but not limited to:

• Outlook
• OneDrive
• Teams
• SharePoint
• Bromcom (via Microsoft Single Sign On)
• ClassCharts

It is also anticipated that the ability to log into existing staff laptops will also stop soon, as these also rely on Microsoft 365.

Once the migration has been completed, we can then begin to share new login credentials with colleagues who have completed the Early Access form. It is important to note that these credentials will not work on existing staff laptops, and will only work on personal devices (such as mobile phones or tablets) and your new staff laptop, which will be issued at a later date.

Cloud Migration Status

All colleagues who requested early access to their Microsoft 365 accounts have now been sent their login details via email and SMS. For all other colleagues who did not request early access, new credentials will be provided on 1st September 2025 during the INSET day.

Migration of all emails, OneDrive and N drive files/folders has now completed for all sites. Migration of SharePoint and Shared Drives is still in progress - please refer to the 'Current Site Statuses' section below for specific information.

Printing Configuration

Printing configuration for all sites is still in progress. At this time, printing, copying and scanning are unavailable.

Telephony

Telephony configuration for Blowers Green Primary, Greenfield Primary, Beacon Hill Academy, Pegasus Academy and St James Academy is currently pending action from Microsoft Support to enable full functionality.
