More than a Trust
Dudley Academies Trust is proud to share its Strategic Plan for 2024–2027, setting out the next exciting phase in our journey as a growing family of secondary and primary schools. Since the Trust was formed, our academies have made significant progress, with improving outcomes, stronger school communities and a shared commitment to ensuring every learner is supported to achieve their full potential.
This plan builds on that success and reflects our ambition to continue raising standards, widening horizons and creating inspirational schools where children and young people can flourish. At the heart of our work are our Trust values: Dreaming big, Rewarding effort, Leading together, Respecting each other and our world, and Learning that inspires. These values shape the culture of our schools and guide the decisions we make for our learners, staff, families and wider communities.
Over the life of this strategic plan, we will focus on nine strategic priorities which will further strengthen the already strong foundation across our Trust: creating an aspirant culture; developing exemplary behaviour; securing outstanding teaching and learning; delivering a relevant and responsive curriculum; developing our people; strengthening highly effective support services; developing our facilities, finance and resources; ensuring highly effective governance; and leading sustainability.
Our vision is clear: by working together, we will develop inspirational schools that instil ambition, open minds, widen horizons and equip young people to succeed in a changing world. This strategic plan explains how we will deliver that vision, sustaining the progress already made while looking confidently to the future.
