Working closely with the Chief Executive and Chief Operating Officer, this role is integral to the delivery of the Trust’s strategic aims. The successful candidate will play a key role as a member of the Trust’s central team. We are seeking to appoint a dynamic and committed leader with a proven track record of delivering strong financial control and oversight. You will provide strong strategic leadership and have a wide range of financial and budgeting experience across a large organisation, preferably within a Multi Academy Trust. You will be supported in this role by a finance team across the trust and work closely with colleagues within Dudley College of Technology where some services are supported. In its third operational year, the Trust is transforming education in our academies, developing an aspirant culture and a dynamic learning experience that is rapidly improving educational outcomes for all learners. You will have significant experience of successful financial leadership and be able to demonstrate a clear knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices related to the role.
