This role will focus on working with a dynamic team of leaders to create the best provision possible for the more vulnerable learners at St James Academy and a blueprint for the Trust as a whole. The successful applicant will be able to develop the best practice in teaching and learning for vulnerable learners in the mainstream setting as well as ensuring that they have wrap around pastoral support to enable them to flourish. There will also be the opportunity to develop the first phase of our alternative provision at both academy and Trust level. This requires the ability to think strategically and to successfully turn plans into effective operational practice. The Trust is now in its fourth fully operational year and the second phase of its strategic plan will launch in September 2022. Having established a proven track record for improving schools at pace, there is now an exciting opportunity for further growth and to welcome more primary and secondary schools into our family.
